K. Adam Pretty
General Counsel and Secretary
Mr. Pretty joined the Company in 2026 as General Counsel and Secretary. Before his time at the Company, he worked as a partner at the law firm of Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP, representing corporate and private equity backed clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, organizational restructuring and general corporate matters. Prior to joining Calfee, Halter & Griswold, Mr. Pretty worked in the mergers and acquisitions practice at Winston & Strawn LLP in Chicago. Mr. Pretty holds a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School and a B.A. from Miami University.
