Installed Building Products Announces the Acquisition of Legacy Glass & Supply, Inc.

- Acquisition Adds $5.4 Million of Annualized Revenue -

COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Installed Building Products, Inc. (the "Company" or "IBP") (NYSE: IBP), an industry-leading installer of insulation and complementary building products, announced today the acquisition of Legacy Glass & Supply, Inc., located in Sanford, Florida. Founded in 2005, Legacy Glass & Supply primarily provides shower glass, shelving and bathroom mirrors predominately for single-family residential customers.

"With annualized revenues of $5.4 million, Legacy Glass & Supply expands our product offerings in the greater Orlando market, by adding an extensive line of shower doors, shelving, mirrors, and bath accessories.
