Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 23, 2021, the Company issued a press release announcing that Jeffrey Hire, President of External Affairs, and Jason Niswonger, Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations, will participate virtually in the Stephens Annual Investment Conference on November 29, 2021 and that Michael Miller, Chief Financial Officer, will join Messrs. Hire and Niswonger for the virtual Truist Securities Industrials & Services Summit on December 7, 2021.

Columbus, Ohio, November 23, 2021. Installed Building Products, Inc. (the Company or IBP) (NYSE: IBP), an industry-leading installer of insulation and complementary building products, today announced that members of management will participate virtually in the following investor conferences:
On November 29, 2021, Jeffrey Hire, President of External Affairs and Jason Niswonger, Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations are scheduled to attend the Stephens Annual Investment Conference. Management will be participating in the conference virtually.
