On April 16, 2020, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Installed Building Products, Inc. (the “Company”), issued to Jason R. Niswonger, Senior Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations, an award consisting of 13,694 shares of restricted stock (the “Restricted Stock Award”) to recognize Mr. Niswonger’s strategic long-term contributions to the Company. The restricted stock is granted under the Company’s 2014 Omnibus Incentive Plan and a Restricted Stock Award Agreement with a grant date of April 16, 2020 and will vest 100% on April 20, 2023, subject to Mr. Niswonger’s continued employment with the Company through such vesting date and subject to accelerated vesting in the event of Mr. Niswonger’s death.
